Founded in 1973, Global Vision Christian School Broadfording is a Christ-centered Christian school in Hagerstown, Maryland and a ministry of Broadfording Church. Originally established as Broadfording Christian Academy, the school was founded by Dr. William H. Freed, Jr. with a vision for changing the world for Christ through education.

From its beginning, the school has served as one of the ministry outreach programs of Broadfording Church. Over time, the leadership team expanded its vision to become a globally minded Christian school designed to meet the academic, spiritual, and personal needs of every student, serving PK3 through 12th grade.

At GVCS Broadfording, while we are concerned about whether our students are following the rules and thriving in academics, we are more concerned about the heart transformation occurring in each one of us. This emphasis is for administration, teachers, staff, volunteers, and students.
